https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Invasive-Species-Wanted-Poster-12023842

The invasive species wanted poster is a print-and-go activity that could be used with a substitute teacher or to supplement your ecology curriculum. Students research and learn about an invasive species to create a poster summarizing their findings. While it doesn't cover the complete MS-LS2-4 standard, it would be a great introductory activity.

The worksheet is a secured PDF with a color version and black-and-white version.

***This activity can easily be adapted to distance learning and homeschooling.

Standards/Objectives:

✅MS-LS2-4 (partial)

Freebie Focus: All About Me Science Beaker

I hunted for new and free resources and found this get-to-know-me activity. It is a beaker for students to complete on themselves and can be found here . The creator, The Crafty Teacher TX , permitted me to share this resource. It is appropriate for a middle school classroom and has questions that are great ice-breakers, like if you were on a deserted island, what three things would you need? This could be assigned on the first day of school or completed in class and posted on the walls.
